Gift Cards are available for sale in-store. Gift Cards can be purchased for a preset dollar amount or for a special package. Gift Cards are redeemable at Skin Deep Spa only for services and merchandise.

Staff
All Skin Deep therapists are Colorado licensed and trained at Skin Deep.
Booking Appointments
Please call us at 970-232-9793. A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold all appointments.
Payment Information
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Cash and Skin Deep gift certificates. We do not accept personal checks.
Tipping
Tips may be paid in cash or charged to your credit card. 18-20% is customary, however, the amount you leave is truly at your discretion.
Punctuality
We respectfully request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. When booking services at Skin Deep, your appointment is scheduled with a therapist, whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:
- You may opt to shorten your treatment
- You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time, however, a 50% cancellation charge will be incurred
Cell Phones
To preserve the tranquility of the spa, we respectfully request that mobile telephones be turned off when you enter the Spa.
Gift Certificates
Let us help you pamper that special person. Gift certificates for any treatment, package or spa products may be purchased at the front desk or from our website via credit card.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning. You will be emailed or texted the day before to confirm your appointment. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled treatment.
Refunds
We are sorry, Skin Care products and Spa Treatments are not refundable.
Exchanges
When you purchase a course of treatments, you will receive a discounted price. Because of this discounted price, the payment is to be made at the beginning of your course. Unfortunately, these courses are not refundable.
Memberships
There is a 6-month minimum contract. Cancellations prior to the 6-month contract will be charged the retail price differentiation of the redeemed services. Colorado State Sales Tax is not included. Gratuities are not included.
